Jeb Bush Discusses Plan to Defeat ISIS

Speaking at The Citadel in Charleston on Wednesday, former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush offered up his most detailed outline of how he would defeat ISIS, while at the same time casting the Obama White House as an "administration with no strategy or no intention of victory." In his speech, Bush called for a U.S.-led global coalition to attack ISIS, including boots on the ground and airstrikes. The republican presidential candidate said, "The United States should not delay in leading a global coalition to take out ISIS with overwhelming force. Militarily, we need to intensify our efforts in the air ? and on the ground." Bush then added, "If these attacks remind us of anything, it is that we are living in serious times that require serious leadership. And that the free world needs to act."
